Partner benefits

Live hiring requirements

See the roles we are actively working on, with the brief, the salary band and the deadline, so you are never guessing what to submit.

Submit from your own pool

Put forward candidates you already know and have already screened. You keep the relationship; we run the client side.

Earn on every placement

A share of the fee on each candidate you submit who is placed, agreed in writing before you send anyone.

Reach new clients and markets

Your candidates get in front of employers in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the USA and Canada that you would not reach alone.

Long-term partnerships

Not one-off referrals. Partners who deliver get first sight of new requirements and repeat work.

Specialised and high-demand roles

Work with us on ERP, AI, engineering and executive mandates that are hard to fill and priced accordingly.

How partnering works

As a Resourcing Partner you submit candidates from your own network against our live requirements. We hold the client relationship, run the interview and offer process and handle the contracting; you bring people you already know and have already screened.

It suits recruiters who have a strong pool in a specific sector or city but not the client base to place them — and consultancies with people on the bench between projects. There is no joining fee. You earn when someone you submit is placed.

1 · Apply

Send us the form below. We look at your markets, your specialisms and the volume you can realistically deliver.

2 · Agree terms

We set out the fee share, the submission rules and the ownership of each candidate in writing before you send anyone.

3 · Receive requirements

You get live briefs that match what you cover, with enough detail to screen properly rather than shotgun CVs.

4 · Submit and get paid

You submit, we manage the client, the interviews and the offer. When your candidate starts, you are paid on the agreed terms.

Where and who we partner with

We work with partners in the markets where we have live requirements. These are the ones with the most activity right now.

Pakistan

Our home market, run from offices in Karachi and Islamabad. We partner with recruiters and agencies across Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, and with Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Peshawar for site-based and plant roles.

Strongest demand: software and IT, AI and data, ERP, finance and accounting, engineering, and support functions for offshore teams.

Canada

Partners in the Greater Toronto Area and Alberta submitting for Canadian employers — Toronto, Mississauga and Calgary in particular, plus Brampton, Ottawa and Edmonton.

Strongest demand: technology, finance and accounting, logistics and supply chain, and engineering. Work-permit-eligible and locally based candidates both welcome.

Middle East

Partners across Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and the Eastern Province) and the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah).

We work as a recruitment and search partner in these markets, not as a labour supplier. Searches are run with Saudization and Emiratisation targets in mind, so shortlists reflect what the employer can actually hire.

Questions partners ask

Does it cost anything to become a partner?

No. There is no joining fee and no subscription. You earn a share of the placement fee when a candidate you submit is hired.

How much do partners earn?

A share of the placement fee, agreed in writing before you submit anyone. The exact share depends on the market, the seniority of the role and how much of the process you handle. We do not publish a single number because a Karachi support role and a Gulf executive search are not the same commercial event.

When am I paid?

After the client has paid us for the placement, on the terms in your partner agreement. We will tell you the client’s payment terms before you start on a requirement so there are no surprises.

Who owns the candidate?

You do, for the roles you submit them to. Ownership, duration and what happens if the same candidate reaches us from two sources are all set out in the agreement rather than decided after the fact.

Can I partner from outside Pakistan, Canada and the Gulf?

Yes. Those are the markets where we have the most live requirements, but we will look at any partner with a strong network in a sector we recruit for. Choose “Other” for country on the form and tell us what you cover.

Do you place candidates from Pakistan into Gulf roles?

We recruit for employers in each market and act as a recruitment and search partner rather than a labour supplier. Where a role involves overseas employment, the licensing and deployment requirements of the countries involved apply, and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do on a given requirement.

How quickly will I hear back?

We review every application and reply within two working days, whether the answer is yes or no.

Hiring rather than partnering?

If you need to fill a role instead, tell us who you need and a consultant will call you back.
