North American roles are priced per search in USD or CAD, and offshore teams are billed monthly. Most clients here use us for offshore capacity and hard-to-fill technical roles rather than local volume hiring.
How roles are priced
Permanent search
Priced as a percentage of first-year salary, invoiced on the start date.
Contract and contingent
An agreed hourly or monthly rate covering the contractor and the contracting admin.
Remote and offshore teams
A monthly rate per person for engineering, finance and support teams working your hours from Pakistan.
