Gulf roles are priced per search. The figure depends on the seniority of the role, the visa and localisation route, and whether you need one hire or a team. Send us the brief and you get a written fee before any work starts.
How roles are priced
Professional and mid-level
Individual contributors and specialists. Priced as a percentage of first-year salary, agreed in writing.
Management and technical leadership
Team leads and managers. Priced per search, with a market map produced first.
Executive search
Director level and above. Retained, staged against agreed milestones.
What to expect
- We work as a recruitment and search partner in Saudi Arabia, not as a labour supplier.
- Saudization and Emiratisation obligations sit with the employing entity. We advise on them and plan around them; we do not assume them.
- Contract and offshore staff are billed monthly against an agreed rate.
- Every permanent placement carries a 30-day replacement period.
