Terms
These terms cover your use of hiregatehr.com. Recruitment services for employers are supplied under a separate written agreement; where the two differ, that agreement wins.
Draft for legal review. These terms reflect how we intend to operate, but they have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer qualified in each market we serve. They must be reviewed before launch, including the governing-law clause.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by HireGate HR, A-2/3 Westland Trade Centre, Karachi 75350, Pakistan. Contact: hr@hiregatehr.com.
Using this site
You may read this site, apply for roles and contact us. You may not scrape it, copy its content for a competing service, attempt to break its security, upload anything malicious, or use it to send unsolicited messages to anyone.
Job listings
- Listings describe roles as our clients have described them to us. Details can change, and a role can be filled or withdrawn without notice.
- A listing is an invitation to apply. It is not an offer of employment, and applying creates no contract between us.
- Salary figures are indicative unless a listing says otherwise.
- We remove listings once they close, so a link you saved may stop working.
If you apply for a role
- Tell us the truth. If we find that information you gave us is materially false, we will stop representing you and we will tell the employer concerned.
- Sending us a CV does not oblige us to find you work, put you forward for any particular role, or explain why we did not.
- We only send your details to an employer for a named role, and we tell you first.
- We never charge candidates a fee. Anyone asking you to pay HireGate HR to find you a job is not us — please report it to hr@hiregatehr.com.
If you are hiring
- Fees, replacement periods and payment terms are set out in the written agreement we sign with you, not on this website.
- We screen and interview every candidate we put forward and tell you what we found. The hiring decision, and the checks the law requires of an employer, remain yours.
- Candidate details we send you are confidential. Use them to consider that candidate for the role we introduced them for, and nothing else.
Our content
The text, design, logo and code on this site belong to HireGate HR or our licensors. You may quote a short extract with a link back. You may not republish substantial parts of it, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
What you send us
You keep ownership of your CV and anything else you submit. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — finding you work, or briefing us on a role — as described in our privacy policy. Do not send us anyone else’s personal information unless you are entitled to.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we are not responsible for what is on the other end.
Availability
We try to keep the site up but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or lost opportunity, or for loss arising from a hiring decision you made or a role you did or did not get.
Regulatory position
To be completed before launch. This section must state HireGate HR’s licensing position in each market it serves, and must be settled with counsel. Three questions are open: whether a BEOE Overseas Employment Promoter licence is required for placing Pakistani candidates into Gulf employment; how HireGate HR is described in Saudi Arabia, where manpower supply has been licence-only since 26 January 2026 and our position is that of a recruitment and search partner, not a labour supplier; and whether Ontario’s recruiter licensing regime applies to us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, that right is unaffected.
This clause must be confirmed with counsel before launch, since we contract with employers in four jurisdictions.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below tells you when we last did.
