Hulk Marketing Ltd is hiring an experienced Ads Manager / Paid Media Specialist to plan, manage, and scale high-performance digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in running real, profitable campaigns with measurable results.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns
• Manage Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Run lead generation, eCommerce, and retargeting campaigns
• Optimize funnels, creatives, targeting, and budgets
• Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions)
• Set up pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
• Provide weekly performance reports with insights and improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in Ads Management / PPC / Performance Marketing
• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns
• Understanding of pixels, tracking, funnels, and landing pages
• Strong analytical skills for ROI optimization
• Portfolio, case studies, or campaign proof required
