Assistant Manager – SAP Finance | Karachi

Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance with hands-on experience in SAP Business One to oversee day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting processes, tax compliance, financial reporting, and ERP-based financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax filings, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Perform periodic bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor fund management, cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records
• Execute and manage all finance-related transactions in SAP Business One 
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and supporting documentation
• Ensure proper record-keeping and audit readiness
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (ACCA/CA part-qualified preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
• Mandatory: Practical experience with SAP Business One 
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, filing procedures, and bank reconciliation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
