Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and ensure smooth system operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and hardware.
- Provide technical support to internal teams for system and network-related issues.
- Ensure data security and maintain system efficiency.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day IT and technical problems.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant IT experience.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
