This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of Etsy marketplace operations. The candidate will work on creating and optimizing product listings, ensuring high-quality visuals and descriptions, and improving store performance through keyword optimization and competitor research. The job also includes assisting in order processing and maintaining updated inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete Etsy store operations
• Create and upload product listings
• Optimize titles, descriptions, and keywords for better search visibility
• Upload and maintain high-quality product images
• Assist in order processing and inventory updates
• Conduct basic product and competitor research
• Support daily marketplace operations and store performance improvement

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a reputable organization
• Experience handling physical products preferred
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or marketplace platforms (Etsy preferred)
• Good skills in listing optimization and product management
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
