Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting network and system-related problems.
• Maintain IT records and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
• Support users with technical queries and system setup.
