• Manage payroll coordination, attendance systems, and employee records.
• Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
• Monitor employee performance management processes and HR KPIs.
• Collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing and training requirements.
