Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and maintain data for reporting and decision-making
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and automated tools
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of all databases
• Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports
• Provide technical support for MIS-related issues
• Maintain documentation, logs, and system records for compliance
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams
• Identify trends and provide actionable business insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong command of MS Excel and data reporting tools
• Experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
