Security Officer – Karachi

Job Overview

We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Officer to join a leading pharmaceutical company located in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, implementing security protocols, and ensuring the protection of company assets, employees, and facilities.

Requirements

• Retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or equivalent from the Armed Forces
• Graduate degree from a recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Officer in a reputable large organization
• Age between 35–40 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer proficiency, including MS Office
• Ability to handle security operations, investigations, and emergency situations effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all security operations within the facility
• Ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and company assets
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments
• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required
• Manage security staff and oversee their performance
